RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Window

We stand behind the quality of our parts and equipment. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns of unused equipment in new condition within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, your equipment must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all protective materials
  • Free from any signs of installation, modification, use, disassembly, or tampering
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Restocking Fee & Shipping

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility & Communication

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items immediately upon delivery and notify us of any discrepancies, including wrong items shipped, within the 30-day return window. Claims regarding incorrect items received will not be accepted after the 30-day period has expired.

When we reach out to resolve an issue or request information regarding your return, we require a response within 7 business days. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, your return request may be closed and no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Equipment showing any signs of use, installation, or modification
  • Items that have been disassembled, tampered with, or altered in any way
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Equipment missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items reported as incorrect or defective after the 30-day return window

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective equipment, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
